ACRYLIC TOPCOAT

Polcoat Acrylic Top coat paint is a 100% acrylic binder-based, water-based, UV resistant, tennis court paint.

Product Features:

Binder- Acrylic
Minimum Application Temperature – 10C
Drying time – 1 hour (25C)
It should be waited 2-6 hours to apply the second coat, and the surface should be observed to be completely dry.
Color – RAL colors

Application:

Surface Preparation – The application surface should be free from dust, dirt and oil and water on the surface. The substrate must be completely dry.
Application Conditions – The minimum temperature should be 10oC on the ground, and the maximum temperature should be 35oC. Kenncoat Top coat paint is mixed with water and sand and applied with a squeegee or squeegee. The equipment used is cleaned by washing with water.

Mixing ratio
1st floor; 50% -60% sand and 20% -30% water
2nd floor; 5-10% sand and 30-40% water
If it is to be applied in 3 layers, water can be entered without sand and 10-25%.

Consumption: 0.350KG / M2 for 1 Layer
