AMBULANCE FLOOR COATING

It is a two component, solvent free, polyurethane based coating. It is a polyurethane-based ambulance flooring material with self-diffusing feature, which is produced for use on the floors of patient transport (A1 type), emergency aid (B type), intensive care (C type) ambulance vehicles. It has high chemical and mechanical resistance and forms a rigid film. Because it is solvent-free, there is no fire hazard. The film surface is bright and non-slip. It is the preferred ambulance flooring material because it is easy to clean, does not contain bacteria, does not contain dust, and does not harm health.

Application:

Surface Preparation – The floor must be clean, dry, free from oil and dust, and repaired.
Application Conditions – After the polyurethane coating is mixed with the hardener, its usage time varies according to the temperature and humidity of the environment. Hot environment shortens the usage time and increases the cold environment usage time. It is not recommended to be used at temperatures below 10 ° C and above 30 ° C. It is recommended to apply the coating on both surfaces on surfaces that may subsequently be subject to moisture. All of the mixed material should be consumed within the period of use.
Application Procedure- Polyurethane adhesive is obtained by mixing 5.25 parts by weight of component A and 1 part of component B by weight. It is recommended to follow the rules below during application. It should be mixed for at least 2 minutes with a slow speed mixer. Thorough mixing of the two components is important for bonding quality. The cap must be tightly closed after the hardener is used. A roller should be used to apply the coating to the vertical surface, and a trowel should be used to apply it to the horizontal surface. It should be protected from water for 8-10 hours.

Packaging Type A: B = 21 + 4 or A: B = 10.5 + 2 kg metal packages.
