Application Conditions

During the application, make sure that the surface is thoroughly free from dirt, oil and grease.
Before applying the next layer on the surfaces that remain in a dirty environment for a long time, the surface must be cleaned with water and left to dry, the next layer must be applied after the surface dries thoroughly.
In order to prevent the moisture in the air from condensing on the surface, the surface temperature should be at least 3 ° C higher than the dew temperature of the air.

Application Procedure

When applying the Polcoat Polyurethane Topcoat Paint system, it is recommended to comply with the following rules:

• Before preparing the mixture, each component must be mixed separately.
• A and B components should be mixed for 5 minutes.
• Paint should not be thinned more than 30% to avoid problems in use.
• Small application errors should be repaired with a brush, larger application errors should be repaired with a spray.
• If applied in closed areas, adequate ventilation should be provided.
• As soon as the application is completed, clean all application equipment with a suitable thinner recommended.
