Polyurethane Insitu Binder ensures that floors such as outdoor fields, children’s playgrounds, running tracks are mixed with sbr rubber granules on site and poured on the ground with the help of finischer or by hand, and bonded together to form a strong durable structure. Especially, this product, whose areas of use are outer areas, should not impair the flexibility of SBR after installation and not harm health without using TDI containing poison.

Application:

Application procedure Kenncoat Bulk Binder is mixed with epdm or sbr granules and 20% by weight according to the granule diameter in the mixer. It is applied to the floor by hand or by a finishing machine.

Application conditions There should be no moisture, dirt, dust, rust and oil on the application surface. If the concrete to be applied on the concrete floor should be poured at least 22 days ago.
All of the mixed material should be consumed within the period of use.

Equipment cleaning Ethyl acetate, butyl acetate or cellulosic thinner is used.
