ANIMAL BED ADHESIVE

It is a two component, solvent free, polyurethane based adhesive. It is a polyurethane adhesive product used for bonding animal beds produced for ovine and bovine animals, which is completely made of rubber material. It provides integrity with the product with its black color.

Application:

Component A and B 22 kg A and 3 kg B by mass
Mixture Life 15-40 minutes (Varies depending on weather and humidity conditions.)
Application Methods Level comb, trowel, spatula or squeegee.
Equipment Cleaning Ethyl acetate, butyl acetate or cellulosic thinner is used.
Surface Preparation The floor should be clean, dry, free from dust and oil, repaired, and if it will be applied on concrete, the concrete should be laid at least 22 days before.
Application Conditions There should be no moisture, dust, dirt, rust and oil on the application surface.
All of the mixed material should be consumed within the period of use.
Application Procedure It is recommended to follow the rules below during the application.
22 kg of A component and 3 kg of B component should be mixed with a slow speed mixer for at least 2 minutes. All of the materials should be used without splitting.
The cover should be tightly closed after the hardener is used all at once. A toothed trowel should be used to apply the adhesive. It should be protected from water for 8-10 hours.
