EPDM GRANULE

EPDM rubber is actually a type of polymer that everyone encounters from gyms, bicycle paths, electrical cables to hose making. The use of EPDM rubber in sports fields is in the form of granule pieces with a diameter of 2-3mm. These granules are combined with a special adhesive ” EPDM binder”. Epdm stands for ethylene propylene rubber.

Product Features:

Application:

1- After the EPDM Bulk Rubber floor covering is properly cleaned of the concrete floor, the application phase begins. One coat of primer (primer) is applied to the cleaned surface. This application ensures that the concrete floor and the sbr rubber product, which is also laid on the top layer, are tightly bonded to each other.

2- After the primer (primer) application, the SBR rubber granules are mixed with the polyurethane BINDER in the appropriate ratio by means of the mixer. This mixture is laid on the primer (primer) application in the desired thickness. The curing time of this application is approximately 12 hours.

3- A mixture of EPDM and Polyurethane BINDER mixed in a mixer is applied on the SBR rubber granule that is thrown in the desired thickness. This application is made in desired colors and patterns. The dreamed and designed floor becomes reality.

4- EPDM products are used in all tartan projects such as running tracks on athletics tracks.
