OVER-CAST POLYURETHANE FLOOR COATING

It is one of the polyurethane flooring methods for closed areas. System; It consists of adhesive, SBR granule, Insitu binder, putty, self leveling and top coat paint. The SBR layer in the lower layer is applied by casting in place. The whole system is concluded as missing in one piece.

Application:

The floor must be clean, dry, free from oil and dust and repaired. First of all, the primer layer to prepare the concrete surface for the application of the upper layers
is driven. SBR is applied by mixing with polyurethane binder to adhere to the surface. Putty is prepared and applied to the surface with the help of a trowel in order to fill the gaps on the SBR and obtain a flat surface. After the putty dries, sanding is applied. Polyurethane self leveling consisting of 18A and 4B components is spread on the surface with the help of a leveling comb or trowel.
