EPDM FLOOR COATING OVER CAST SBR

Children’s playgrounds, basketball, volleyball and so on. It is one of the coating methods applied to provide flexibility on the ground in sports fields running and walking paths.

7 mm EPDM Layer

Polyurethane Binder: 4 kg / m²; 3000-3500 cP; 1.1 kg / L

Application:

Surface Preparation

The floor must be clean, dry, free from oil and dust and repaired.

Method of Application

One component polyurethane primer is applied on the ground. After drying, 100 units of 1-3 mm SBR granules are mixed with 20 units of polyurethane binder in the mixer and applied to the 8 mm height surface. Primer is applied on this elastic layer again. Finally, the colored EPDM granules and polyurethane binder are mixed in a ratio of 100:20 and applied to the surface at a height of 7 mm.

Application Conditions

Hot environment shortens the usage time and increases the cold environment usage time. It is not recommended to be used at temperatures below 10 ° C. It is also not recommended for use at temperatures above 30 ° C.
