BITUMEN BASED INSULATION PRIMER

It is a bitumen based, polymer modified waterproofing product. It consists of a liquid component fiber-reinforced rubber-bitumen emulsion and a cement-based powder component enriched with powder component chemical additives. It can be used for the insulation of the foundation and curtain wall of the buildings as well as the insulation of balconies and terraces. It is applied on mineral based floors such as concrete, screed, plaster and mortar. It can be used as double and single component.

Product Features:

Application:

Before applying primer to the surfaces to be insulated, the surface smoothness, dryness and cleanliness of the surface and the presence of a sufficient leveling screed should be checked. After these conditions are met, 400 g per square meter is applied to the surface with a brush or gun and waited until it dries completely. If necessary, it can be used by diluting with 20% water. It dries in approximately 4-5 hours depending on the weather conditions. In two-coat applications, the other coat should not be applied before the first coat is completely dry.
