FULL POLYURETHANE SYSTEM FLOOR COATING

It is a professional polyurethane flooring method for multi-purpose outdoor sports fields, running tracks and athletics tracks.

System; It consists of primary and 3 layers of polyurethane layers.

  Outdoor Self Leveling: 2400 gr / m²; Mixing Ratio: 5/4; 4320 cP; 1.16 kg / L

  SBR Granule (scattering): 2500-3000 gr / m²; 1-3 mm;

• Polyurethane-2

  Outdoor Self Leveling: 2400 gr / m²; Mixing Ratio: 5/4; 4320 cP; 1.16 kg / L

  SBR Granule (scattering): 2500-3000 gr / m²; 1-3 mm;

• Polyurethane-3

  Outdoor Self Leveling: 2400 gr / m²; Mixing Ratio: 5/4; 4320 cP; 1.16 kg / L

  EPDM (scattering): 3000-3200 gr / m²; 1-3.5mm;

Application:

Surface Preparation

The floor must be clean, dry, free from oil and dust and repaired.

Method of Application

One component polyurethane primer is applied on the ground. For the first polyurethane layer, outdoor self leveling is prepared and applied to the surface at the rate of 5A and 4B components. SBR granules are applied on it by sprinkling method. This process is repeated once more. After Outdoor Self Leveling is applied to the surface in the third layer, EPDM granules are sprinkled. After complete drying, the surface is cleaned of excess granules. The second and third polyurethane layers are applied in the same way.

Application Conditions

After the polyurethane self leveling two components are mixed, they become ready to use. Hot environment shortens the usage time and increases the cold environment usage time. It is not recommended to be used at temperatures below 10 ° C. It is also not recommended for use at temperatures above 30 ° C.
