Solvent-free
It is a polyurethane based putty.
It is used on concrete, screed concrete, wood, rubber and similar surfaces to fill the gaps on the surface after polyurethane primer and to prepare a good surface for the floor covering.

Theoretical Consumption Amount

1) On Prefabricated Roll: 1st floor 400 gr / m², 2nd floor 100 gr / m²

Note: Consumption amounts vary according to the rubber roll density and granule diameter.

Curing Time

6-8 hours at 25 ° C

Heat Resistance

Approximately 100 ° C (For cured product)

Application Time

Level comb, trowel, spatula or squeegee

Equipment Cleaning
Ethyl acetate, butyl acetate or cellulosic thinner

Surface Preparation
The floor is clean, dry, free from dust and oil, if repaired, concrete
If applied on top of it, the concrete should be laid at least 22 days ago.

Application Conditions
There should be no moisture on the application surface.

All of the mixed material should be consumed within the period of use.

Application Procedure
Polyurethane paste is obtained by mixing 5.25 parts by weight of component A and 1 part of component B by weight.
It is recommended to follow the following rules during application;

It should be mixed for at least 2 minutes with a slow speed mixer.
All of the materials should be used without splitting.
The cover should be tightly closed after the hardener is used all at once.
A trowel or toothless spatula should be used to apply the paste.
It should be protected from water for 8-10 hours.
