PANEL ADHESIVE

It is a two component, solvent free, polyurethane based adhesive.

It is a high-strength polyurethane-based panel adhesive product used for bonding xps, eps, plasterboards, polystyrene panels, decortafif plates, sandwich panels, wooden panels.

Application:

Mixture Life 15-40 minutes (Varies depending on weather and humidity conditions.)
Application Methods Level comb, trowel, spatula or squeegee.
Equipment Cleaning Ethyl acetate, butyl acetate or cellulosic thinner is used.
Surface Preparation The floor should be clean, dry, free from dust and oil, repaired, and if it will be applied on concrete, the concrete should be laid at least 22 days before.
Application Conditions There should be no moisture, dust, dirt, rust and oil on the application surface.
All of the mixed material should be consumed within the period of use.
Application Procedure It is recommended to follow the rules below during the application.
21 kg of A component and 4 kg of B component should be mixed with a slow speed mixer for at least 2 minutes. All of the materials should be used without splitting. The cover of the hardener should be tightly closed after it is used all at once. A toothed trowel should be used to apply the paste.
