POLYURETHANE STANDARD ADHESIVE

It is a two component, solvent free, polyurethane based adhesive.

Kenncoat Polyurethane Adhesive is a two-component, solvent-free, polyurethane based adhesive. It is used for bonding synthetic grass carpets, rubber tiles, rubber rolls to concrete surfaces, as well as industrial coatings, insulation coatings, glass, metal, stainless, ceramic, styrofoam, wood, plywood and chipboard.

Application:

Component A and B by mass – 21 kg A and 4 kg B
Mixture Life – 15-40 minutes (Depends on weather and humidity conditions.)
Application Methods – Level comb, trowel, spatula or squeegee.
Equipment Cleaning – Ethyl acetate, butyl acetate or cellulosic thinner is used.
Surface Preparation – The floor must be clean, dry, free from dust and oil, repaired, and if it will be applied on concrete, the concrete should be laid at least 22 days before.
Application Conditions There should be no moisture, dust, dirt, rust and oil on the application surface.
All of the mixed material should be consumed within the period of use.
Application Procedure It is recommended to follow the rules below during the application.
21 kg of A component and 4 kg of B component should be mixed with a slow speed mixer for at least 2 minutes. All of the materials should be used without splitting. The cover should be tightly closed after the hardener is used all at once.

It should be protected from water for 8-10 hours.
